Job Title: Alpine Expedition Coordinator
As the Alpine Expedition Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in our quest for exceptional outdoor experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the seamless execution of our alpine tours, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service and safety throughout their journey. You will work closely with our team of expert guides to guarantee that each expedition is meticulously organized, from initial planning to the final descent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the logistics and operational aspects of all alpine expeditions
- Maintain a keen focus on safety protocols and risk management
- Develop and refine strategies to enhance the quality of our guided tours
- Collaborate with our manufacturing partners to optimize and procure the necessary equipment
- Continuously assess and improve our expedition itineraries
- Facilitate communication between guides, clients, and supporting staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor expedition coordination or related field
- Adept in problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
