We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Cultural Experience Coordinator at Ajaccio Public Library. As the Cultural Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in curating and promoting the rich cultural heritage and tourism experiences available in the picturesque region of Corsica. Your primary responsibility will be to create and oversee programs and activities that showcase the unique cultural and leisure opportunities within the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging cultural events and activities for visitors and locals, highlighting the essence of Corsican heritage and local traditions.
Collaborate with local tourism partners and businesses to create immersive experiences that showcase the beauty of Corsica and attract tourists.
Develop and maintain relationships with local artists, historians, and cultural experts to organize educational and entertaining events.
Create and manage promotional materials and social media content to raise awareness of cultural events and drive visitor engagement.
Work closely with the library team to integrate cultural experiences into existing programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Arts, History, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning, cultural programming, or tourism coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and community members.
A deep passion for cultural preservation, travel, and enriching visitor experiences.
Fluency in French and English; additional languages such as Italian or German are a plus.
A creative mindset and the ability to think innovatively to create unique and memorable cultural experiences.
