Job Title: Communications Coordinator

Location: Southern Highlands, Iceland

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's environmental goals
Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment
Create content for various platforms including social media, website, and press releases
Coordinate public relations efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accuracy in all communications
Monitor and analyze the success of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and environmental initiatives to inform communication strategy

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within the construction or environmental sector
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Passion for environmental sustainability and a deep commitment to corporate social responsibility
Fluency in both Icelandic and English is preferred
