Role Overview:

As a Security Solutions Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security measures across our educational facilities in the Northern Cape. You will work closely with a team of security professionals to assess risks, develop security protocols, and ensure the smooth operation of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate security operations within the department's educational institutions.
Implement and monitor security protocols and procedures.
Supervise security staff and conduct training sessions as needed.
Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with relevant authorities for incident response and crisis management.
Stay updated on security technology and best practices to ensure the highest level of security.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a security-related role, preferably in an educational or public sector environment.
Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security.
Relevant certifications or training in security management are advantageous.
