Role Overview:

As a Security Solutions Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security measures across our educational facilities in the Northern Cape. You will work closely with a team of security professionals to assess risks, develop security protocols, and ensure the smooth operation of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate security operations within the department's educational institutions.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols and procedures.
  • Supervise security staff and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with relevant authorities for incident response and crisis management.
  • Stay updated on security technology and best practices to ensure the highest level of security.

Requirements:
