Job Description: As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of multiple Dekkmann AS locations across Trøndelag. Your role will involve optimizing operational efficiencies, driving sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all outlets. You will work closely with store managers, providing guidance, motivation, and support as they carry out daily operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance sales and profitability
Overseeing inventory management and ensuring adequate stock levels
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multi-unit retail management or operational leadership
