Role Overview:

As a Flight Systems Integration Engineer at Agder Arts Council, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration of advanced flight systems within our groundbreaking projects. You will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and implementation of next-generation aviation technologies, fostering innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate sophisticated flight systems.
Conduct comprehensive system tests to validate performance, safety, and reliability of aviation technologies.
Identify and troubleshoot complex integration challenges, leading to optimized system performance and functionality.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge to enhance our projects and maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in the creation of technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in the integration of flight control systems, avionics, or related aviation technologies.
Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools and simulation environments for system integration and testing.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for exploring innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
