Your Role

As a Culinary Diversity Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Developing initiatives to celebrate and promote diverse culinary traditions within our company and community
Collaborating with local restaurants, chefs, and food-related establishments to foster cultural awareness and appreciation
Owning the development and execution of cultural events, food festivals, and educational programs that highlight a wide range of culinary traditions
Working with our teams to integrate multicultural elements into our company's dining and hospitality experiences
Driving awareness and understanding of global culinary trends and their significance within our industry
