JTI (Japan Tobacco International) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the franchise/chain industry and our renowned brands. As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on maximizing market share and revenue growth in Northern Ireland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, supporting business expansion and ensuring brand compliance.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and support to franchise partners, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer demand to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present key insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and implement effective marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar managerial role within the franchise/chain industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop productive relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility to travel within Northern Ireland.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
