About the Role:

Collaborate with leadership to understand and prioritize the workforce requirements.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Design and implement programs to increase employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Provide strategic guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related areas.
Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Highly organized and adept at problem-solving.
Proficiency in German and English.
