Job Title: Legal Advisor

Job Description:

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations that affect our organization.
Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on a wide range of legal matters.
Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings, when necessary.

Qualifications:

A degree in law or a related field.
Relevant experience in legal practice.
Strong knowledge of Italian legal and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
