We are looking for an:

Adventure Innovation Specialist

As an Adventure Innovation Specialist at Kymenlaakso Adventure Expeditions, you will immerse yourself in the compelling world of sustainable adventure and exploration. You'll be responsible for devising and implementing cutting-edge solutions that integrate renewable resources, minimize environmental impact, and elevate our guests' experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and evaluating innovative energy solutions that align with our commitment to sustainability.
Collaborating with our adventure teams to integrate environmentally responsible practices into our expedition operations.
Cultivating strategic partnerships with technology providers and environmental organizations to further our mission.
Researching and implementing new approaches to energy conservation and environmentally conscious design.
Developing and delivering training programs on sustainable practices and technologies for our staff and expedition participants.

Your Profile:

Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable energy practices.
Proven experience in the development and implementation of green energy solutions or environmental initiatives.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for inspiring others and fostering a culture of innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
