STMicroelectronics, a leading semiconductor company with a dynamic and innovative legal team, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol branch in Italy.

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual who can manage the complex legal landscapes relevant to semiconductor technologies. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations and business practices align with all applicable laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks while maximizing business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Monitoring and interpreting laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting internal audits and assessments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues
  • Providing training and guidance on compliance matters
  • Advising on legal implications of business strategies and partnerships

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a relevant industry
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex legal matters effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on driving continuous improvement in compliance
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Legal qualification and relevant certifications are a plus
