Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the safe and efficient take-off and landing of agricultural drones used in farm management
Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards
Collaborate with the flight operations team to optimize aerial survey missions for crop monitoring and environmental impact assessment
Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform minor repairs as necessary
Assist in the development of operational procedures and protocols to enhance flight safety and efficiency
Provide support for flight planning and logistics, including weather analysis, airspace coordination, and risk assessment
Participate in the continuous improvement of drone technology integration for precision agriculture

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or relevant field
Experience with flight operations, aviation regulations, or aircraft maintenance is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic operational environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a focus on fostering a culture of safety and innovation
Passion for sustainable agriculture and a desire to leverage aerospace technology in farming practices
Familiarity with drone technology, GIS software, and data analysis tools is a plus
