Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable construction and real estate strategies
- Oversee environmental impact assessments for construction projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into real estate development
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sustainable development in construction or real estate
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders towards sustainable practices
