Your Role

As a Production Operations Manager at Lister GmbH, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities. This includes coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Your Responsibilities

Implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Supervising and guiding production staff to meet performance goals
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and streamline processes
Developing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures
Contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a production environment
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
Fluency in German and English
