We're Hiring: Quality Control Specialist
At Drakes Supermarkets, we are on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Quality Control Specialists. This unique opportunity involves ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting rigorous product testing and analysis using advanced methods
- Collaborating with vendors to maintain quality standards and certifications
- Implementing and overseeing quality control procedures throughout the supply chain
- Monitoring and evaluating laboratory processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Generating detailed reports on quality metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Chemistry, Food Science, or similar)
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably within the retail or food industry
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
