Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
Implement innovative methods to attract top-tier talent to our dynamic team
Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and engaging work environment
Continuously enhance our recruiting and retention practices to uphold our commitment to excellence

Proven experience in talent acquisition, people operations, or a related field
