We are seeking a Performance and Wellness Specialist to join our team at Würth Elektronik in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. As a Performance and Wellness Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our employees while emphasizing growth and career advancement.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized wellness programs for employees
Collaborate with various departments to integrate fitness and wellness initiatives into the workplace
Conduct health and fitness assessments, and provide personalized coaching and training plans
Organize and lead fitness classes, workshops, and seminars
Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in fitness, health, and wellness
Support and advocate for a healthy and active lifestyle among employees

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Health Promotion)
Certification in personal training, group fitness instruction, or related fitness certifications
Proven experience in developing and implementing fitness or wellness programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate employees
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for promoting health, wellness, and fitness in the workplace
