We are seeking a Performance and Wellness Specialist to join our team at Würth Elektronik in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. As a Performance and Wellness Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our employees while emphasizing growth and career advancement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized wellness programs for employees
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate fitness and wellness initiatives into the workplace
- Conduct health and fitness assessments, and provide personalized coaching and training plans
- Organize and lead fitness classes, workshops, and seminars
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in fitness, health, and wellness
- Support and advocate for a healthy and active lifestyle among employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Health Promotion)
- Certification in personal training, group fitness instruction, or related fitness certifications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing fitness or wellness programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate employees
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, and fitness in the workplace
