Position: Environmental Wellness Coordinator

Location: Wisconsin, United States

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Environmental Wellness Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that focus on sustainable practices and environmental stewardship within our sports and wellness programs.

Responsibilities:

Design and oversee programs that promote eco-friendly behaviors and practices within sports and fitness activities
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability initiatives into our wellness offerings
Educate staff, participants, and the wider community on the importance of sustainable living and environmental conservation
Implement recycling and waste reduction strategies for sporting events and fitness programs
Research and recommend environmentally friendly products and suppliers for our wellness programs
Monitor and report on the environmental impact of our sports and fitness activities
Stay up-to-date with environmental regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Health, or related field
Experience in program development or coordination, preferably in a wellness or sports-related setting
Demonstrated knowledge of environmental sustainability practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting wellness and sustainable living
