We are Hiring a Landscape Preservation Specialist
Immergas, located in the stunning region of Tuscany, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Landscape Preservation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our commitment to preserving the natural beauty and biodiversity of the region through sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for preserving and enhancing the natural landscape surrounding our facilities
- Collaborate with local agricultural communities to promote sustainable land use practices
- Evaluate and recommend ways to improve biodiversity and wildlife habitat
- Conduct regular assessments of landscape health and propose necessary interventions
- Provide guidance to our teams on best practices for maintaining a healthy and biodiverse environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
- Proven experience in landscape preservation, sustainable agriculture, or environmental conservation
- Strong understanding of regional flora, fauna, and ecosystem dynamics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for environmental stewardship and sustainable land management
- Fluency in Italian and English is preferred
