- Create detailed itineraries, considering transportation, timing, and unique local attractions
- Monitor excursion budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
- Oversee on-site coordination and troubleshooting during excursions
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure participant satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field
- Proven experience in event planning, destination management, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
