Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual evolution of our product design language, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand identity and user expectations
Collaborate with industrial designers and software developers to develop innovative and visually stunning UI/UX designs
Explore new design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
Contribute to the development of design strategies that enhance the overall user experience
Champion a design-thinking culture within the organization, fostering creativity and innovation

Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading design initiatives within a technology-driven environment
In-depth knowledge of art and design principles with a keen understanding of user-centered design methodologies
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work, including UI/UX design projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field
