Position: Community Lifestyle Coordinator

As a Community Lifestyle Coordinator at Rijnbrink, you will work at the intersection of culture, entertainment, and wellness, fostering a sense of belonging among diverse groups in our community. Your role will involve designing and executing engaging events and initiatives that promote active lifestyles and cultural exchange. You will collaborate with local cultural organizations and sports groups to curate a rich tapestry of experiences for our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and oversee diverse community events that promote health, well-being, and cultural exchange
Foster partnerships with local sports clubs and entertainment venues to develop exciting programming
Create and manage initiatives that celebrate inclusivity and cross-cultural understanding
Develop and maintain relationships with multicultural and multigenerational community groups
Monitor and evaluate the impact of events, gathering feedback to continually enhance our offerings

Requirements:

A passion for promoting physical activity, diverse cultural experiences, and community cohesion
Experience in event planning or community engagement related to sports, arts, or cultural programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with diverse communities
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to community involvement
Proficiency in Dutch and English (additional language skills are a plus)
