We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team at the Var Regional Environmental Research Center. As a Field Research Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive field research in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Your role will involve analyzing and documenting various environmental factors that impact agricultural productivity and rural sustainability.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental sciences, with a focus on sustainable land management and resource conservation. You will collaborate closely with our research team to gather data, analyze trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance agricultural practices and rural development.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and collect soil, water, and crop samples
- Analyze environmental data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural experts to gather insights and best practices
- Develop and implement sustainable farming methods and resource management strategies
- Communicate research findings through detailed reports and presentations
Qualifications:
