Position: Adventure Experience Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional outdoor adventure experiences. As an Adventure Experience Specialist, you will engage with our customers, providing them with insights and guidance to ensure they have an unforgettable Svalbard experience.

What You Will Do:

Assist customers in planning and booking unforgettable snowmobile adventures
Engage with a diverse clientele, ensuring their experience reflects our company's dedication to inclusivity
Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales assistance
Collaborate with a multicultural team to create a welcoming and vibrant environment

What We Are Looking For:

Passion for outdoor adventure and exploring unique landscapes
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work with a diverse clientele and colleagues
Flexibility and enthusiasm to take on new challenges

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Understanding of the intimate nature of our business and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences
