Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for events, programs, and community engagements
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes
- Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and receiving of organizational materials
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize transport and delivery processes
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to streamline operations and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of transportation systems and logistical processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
