Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for events, programs, and community engagements
Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes
Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and receiving of organizational materials
Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize transport and delivery processes
Monitor and analyze transportation data to streamline operations and reduce costs

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of transportation systems and logistical processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
