As a Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll be at the helm of our digital strategy, shaping our brand's online voice and expanding our reach in innovative ways.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute compelling digital engagement campaigns across various online channels.
Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Analyze and report on social media performance using industry-standard analytics tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply them to enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong understanding of online engagement strategies and the ability to adapt them to our unique industry.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
