We are Hiring: Global Business Development Manager

Superga is seeking a driven and visionary Global Business Development Manager to join our team in Tuscany, Italy. As our Global Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our global business operations, leveraging your expertise in the energy and environment sector.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth worldwide
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and areas for expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for our global clients
Drive negotiations and close deals to establish partnerships with key stakeholders
Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to identify potential risks and opportunities
Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in global business development or related roles
Strong understanding of the energy and environment industry
Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in different regions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in market research and analysis
International experience and global mindset
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel internationally as required
