Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Technology Solutions Expert to join our renowned municipality in South Holland, Netherlands. As a Technology Solutions Expert, you will be at the forefront of shaping our municipality's advanced technology infrastructure and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to improve municipal operations and services.
Collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology, especially related to social media and network technologies.
Perform research and evaluations to determine the feasibility and potential impact of implementing new technologies.
Manage and maintain existing technology systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and securely.
Provide technical support and training to employees on various technology tools and systems.
Act as a technical advisor, guiding the municipality's technology roadmap and strategy.
Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in technology solutions and project management.
Expertise in web technologies, cloud computing, databases, and data analytics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in public administration or municipal environment is preferred.
