Role and Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the aviation and aerospace industry.
Formulate innovative strategies to secure key partnerships, collaborations, and investments.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders, including industry experts and government entities.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
Monitor and optimize business development processes, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or a related field.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the aviation and aerospace industry.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a relevant discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
