Campaign and Data Analyst Opportunity at Kenya Human Rights Commission

Are you passionate about promoting human rights and driving change through data and insights? Kenya Human Rights Commission is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Campaign and Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting research and analysis to support human rights advocacy initiatives
Evaluating and interpreting data from diverse sources to guide strategic decision-making
Developing and implementing data-driven campaigns aimed at effecting positive social change
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather data and insights for impactful advocacy
Performing statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in support of human rights reports and publications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Economics, Political Science)
Proven experience in research, data analysis, or a related role
Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner
Passion for social justice and human rights issues in Kenya
