We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi Metropolitan.
As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our diverse franchise and chain businesses within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for optimizing business performance, ensuring seamless operations, and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives
- Manage day-to-day operational activities of our franchise and chain businesses within the hospital
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and partners
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and diversification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise or chain business management
- Demonstrated understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple franchises or chains
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
