Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks
Conduct internal investigations and audits to ensure compliance
Stay updated with regulatory changes and advise stakeholders accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute compliance strategies
Prepare and deliver compliance training programs for employees
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred
Proven experience in regulatory compliance or related field
Strong understanding of Italian and European Union legal requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to diverse audiences
Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
