The Vermont Country Store is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Retail Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success through strategic expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential locations for retail expansion and conduct market analysis to assess viability
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals
- Negotiate lease terms and secure new retail locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new store openings
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new retail locations and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in retail management, real estate, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
