We are looking for a Sustainable Community Advocate who will help drive change and growth in our agricultural and rural insurance offerings!
Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a dynamic, passionate individual to join our team as a Sustainable Community Advocate. This role involves engaging with local farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses to understand their unique needs and concerns. As a Sustainable Community Advocate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative insurance solutions tailored to the challenges faced by the agricultural and rural sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local agricultural communities to assess their insurance requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Advocate for sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship within the agricultural sector.
- Drive outreach initiatives to increase awareness of our insurance products and services among rural businesses.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural and rural community.
- Work closely with our product and underwriting teams to craft specialized insurance packages that meet the needs of our clients in the agricultural and rural industries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Agriculture, Business).
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, rural development, and community advocacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural and rural business practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
