Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate compelling content for our digital platforms
Analyze and interpret data insights to optimize digital engagement efforts and enhance user experience
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital strategies remain cutting-edge
Implement and manage digital campaigns across various social media and online platforms
Build and nurture relationships with online communities and influencers
Monitor and respond to user feedback and inquiries on digital channels
Continuously assess the effectiveness of digital engagement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements
Contribute to the development of creative digital initiatives that align with our brand's identity and mission

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital engagement strategies
Proficiency in utilizing digital analytics tools and platforms to drive insights and optimize performance
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
Experience in managing digital campaigns and social media platforms
Strong understanding of user experience principles and digital best practices
