This is a unique opportunity to inspire and lead groups of nature enthusiasts on exciting outdoor excursions, fostering unforgettable experiences while showcasing the stunning landscapes of Trøndelag, Norway.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide outdoor expeditions, such as hiking, biking, and wildlife tours, providing in-depth knowledge and insight into the local terrain, history, and wildlife.
Create engaging and informative narratives during tours to enhance the overall experience for participants.
Maintain safety and well-being of tour participants, ensuring adherence to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative tour routes and experiences.
Assist in the logistical coordination of tours, including equipment preparation, scheduling, and participant management.

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and a keen interest in the region's natural ecology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of individuals.
Proficient knowledge of outdoor safety and emergency procedures.
Experience in leading outdoor activities or group tours is a plus.
Fluency in English and Norwegian is preferred.
