Role Overview

As an Industrial Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational processes and systems that contribute to the smooth functioning of our production activities. You will work with a dedicated team to optimize production processes, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met. Your role will involve collaboration with various departments to streamline workflows and maintain an efficient and sustainable manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and efficacy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and overall operations
Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement innovative solutions
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Monitor and analyze production data to drive informed decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
Proven experience in process optimization and industrial operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
