Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product offerings to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services effectively.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, product features, and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Proficiency in English and German is required; additional language skills are a plus.
