Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative rewards and recognition programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of rewards strategies with business goals
- Analyze industry trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive benefits packages
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and manage relationships with external providers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal regulations and compliance related to rewards and benefits
- Act as a strategic partner to HR in driving a positive and inclusive organizational culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in designing and managing rewards and benefits programs, preferably in a large-scale organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholder groups
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations concerning employee benefits and rewards
