Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative rewards and recognition programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of rewards strategies with business goals
Analyze industry trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive benefits packages
Oversee the administration of employee benefits and manage relationships with external providers
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal regulations and compliance related to rewards and benefits
Act as a strategic partner to HR in driving a positive and inclusive organizational culture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in designing and managing rewards and benefits programs, preferably in a large-scale organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholder groups
Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations concerning employee benefits and rewards
