Formlabs is searching for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. This role demands a firm understanding of regulations, policies, and business requirements. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and business practices adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and agreements to verify compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on legal and compliance matters.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
Provide support in investigations and audits as needed.
Assist in the development of compliance training materials and programs.
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies or related field.
Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in interpreting and applying various laws and regulations.
