As a Creative Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively engage our stakeholders, including nonprofit organizations, donors, and the community at large. Your creativity and communication skills will be essential in crafting compelling narratives and visual content, enabling us to effectively communicate the impact and importance of the nonprofit sector in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and implement creative communication strategies to engage and educate stakeholders
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and social media assets
Manage and curate content for various communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our communication efforts
Work closely with nonprofit partners to amplify their stories and impact through our communication channels
Assist in organizing events and initiatives to foster meaningful engagement within the nonprofit community

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Proven experience in developing creative and impactful communication strategies
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies
Passion for the nonprofit sector and driving social change
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
