Position: Wellness Coordinator

About the role:

Design and implement wellness programs tailored to members' needs
Provide personalized fitness assessments and develop individualized workout plans
Organize and conduct group fitness classes
Offer nutritional guidance and support
Collaborate with the management team to promote health and wellness initiatives

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fitness instruction or wellness coaching
Certification in nutrition or fitness training is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Passion for health, fitness, and overall well-being
