At Tahoe Youth & Family Services, we are seeking a candidate for the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. This position directly contributes to the overall success of our organization by facilitating the coordination and efficiency of our community programs while fostering an inclusive and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outreach programs within the diverse communities we serve
- Coordinate transportation solutions to ensure accessibility for all members of the community
- Collaborate with various cultural groups to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions
- Engage in cross-cultural communication to foster understanding and inclusivity
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in community outreach or program coordination
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse cultural groups
