Position Available: Community Engagement Coordinator

Are you someone who revels in fostering connections? As a Community Engagement Coordinator at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, you will have the opportunity to build bridges among different cultures, enhance community involvement, and contribute to our commitment to diversity. Your role will involve organizing and implementing events that celebrate multicultural traditions while fostering a sense of unity and harmony.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute multicultural events aimed at engaging the various communities within Michigan
Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to promote diversity and inclusivity
Create and maintain relationships with community leaders and influencers
Establish and oversee programs that encourage cross-cultural interaction and understanding
Contribute to our efforts in making our properties welcoming to people from all backgrounds

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated passion for multiculturalism and community engagement
Exceptional communication and networking skills
Proven ability to organize and manage successful events
Understanding of the diverse cultures and communities within Michigan
Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
