Position: Production Perfectionist

Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased productivity and quality consistency.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a talented production team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify areas of improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance schedules, ensure equipment readiness, and coordinate with relevant teams for repairs or upgrades.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in process optimization techniques and quality control methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
