Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operations across multiple locations
- Provide guidance to franchisees to ensure consistent brand representation and operational excellence
- Conduct regular performance assessments and offer tailored solutions to improve business outcomes
- Oversee compliance with company standards and policies at all locations
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate on new initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record in business management or operations
- Demonstrated success in optimizing franchise or chain business models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Certification in Franchise Management or equivalent experience
