Job Title: International Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate international travel arrangements for clients.
Research, plan, and book flights, accommodations, and transportation based on client preferences and budget.
Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, are obtained
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate competitive rates and ensure smooth travel experiences.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, itineraries, and expenses.
Stay up-to-date with current travel trends, destination information, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the tourism/hospitality industry or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, handling multiple priorities.
