Position: Environmental Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

Collaborate with the community to raise awareness about environmental initiatives and promote sustainable practices.
Develop and execute outreach programs to engage individuals, organizations, and businesses to participate in our environmental projects.
Conduct research on green energy practices, new sustainable technologies, and emerging trends within the industry.
Assist in talent acquisition efforts by identifying suitable candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Create and present engaging educational materials on sustainable practices to various audiences.
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and government entities.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement environmental initiatives.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of outreach programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, sustainability, or a related field.
Prior experience in community outreach, environmental education, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for environmental conservation and commitment to sustainable living.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
