About the Role: Are you skilled in the art of creating rejuvenating experiences for others? As a Wellness Experience Specialist at Cineplex, you will be the key player in curating an atmosphere of relaxation and personal rejuvenation. This position involves crafting strategies to promote a holistic experience for our guests, ensuring their emotional and physical wellness.

Responsibilities:

Design and lead community wellness workshops and events
Develop personalized wellness programs for guests
Provide expertise in personalized skin and body care solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain a tranquil and inviting atmosphere throughout the wellness area
Collaborate with our team to create a supportive and harmonious environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in wellness, spa, or lifestyle coaching
Passionate about promoting holistic well-being
Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach
Certification in skincare and body wellness an asset
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and a teamwork-oriented mindset
